Well done to everyone that is currently smashing the 8-week challenge, the level of support and encouragement has been phenomenal.
This upcoming week is a de-load week. Deload is important, as it gives the body a chance to recover and allow for greater adaption in the coming cycle. Next week will be higher volume. This week the weights will be lighter (de-load) so please adhere to these lighter weights and do not use it as an opportunity to push your limits.
Take the load off, destress, recover and adapt.
Open Gym - We are currently working out how to plan for open gym in the afternoons. As it currently stands, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org & text 0499115011 if you are intending to come info open gym - otherwise there is a risk of no-one being around. Currently hours are only one hour prior to the commencement of afternoon classes.
You may notice an “Extras” track on SugarWOD, if you would like more information please speak to Brooke or myself before commencement.
Tech Class, Stretch & Flex, Group Classes etc have primacy, so please do not perform open gym during a scheduled/coaches class.
