Hey guys - welcome to another training week. Solid effort all-round last week - it was a tough one.
So some key points to look at:
Percentages are back, please stick to them (if you know your numbers - if not ask coaches for direction). Avoid the temptation to simply for for “heavy” each time as this will negate the purpose/intention of the programming and impede your ability to improve.
Base vs General programming, as a sweeping statement, if you have just joined CrossFit 4000 or recommenced training after a break stick to “Base” for a cycle, if you have been training for a significant time and are finding a “Plateauing effect” go on “Base” for a cycle, if in doubt speak to the coaches for some direction.
Great work to the 8 week challenge committed!! Almost there - your commitment will show in the final results.
Tech/Stretch next week is cancelled (just for the one weekend) as the coaches are on a speciality development seminar. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Classes will now be for 60min (rather than 90min) and on Mon & Wed at 5.30pm (meeting at Margaret St). They should be a good compliment to your existing regime in building your engine. Booking remain via Mindbody.
