Christmas and New Years is a hard month to keep momentum with training, so many parties and events with food and drink to tempt us and lying in sounds so much better than a workout at times! Hopefully we all survived the mass amounts of Christmas cakes, fruit mince pies, ham, turkey and all the other delicious holiday foods. While training tends to taper off for many people while they prepare for the holidays it was still great to see a lot of people still putting their heart and soul into training. Here are a few amazing PB’s for the month of December.
Roger- Seriously. This guy. Roger PB’d 10 of his lifts this month! I think we need a PB blackboard just for him!
Raph- he as come a long way since he started with us, this month he has hit a 133kg deadlift. Great job Raph, keep up the hard work!
Speaking of deadlifts, Mike M has joined to 200kg club! What an awesome effort!
Jeremy- amazed us with a 64kg power snatch!
Nelson- PB’d on his bench at 85kg, fantastic work!
Well done to everyone who has hit PB’s for December. January can be a hard month, after holidays and little too much Christmas cheer for some of us!
